【Points of Note for the “Wareware ha Gyakufunsha de aru” Tour】
※ Ticket sales for this tour are limited in compliance with measures announced by the national and local governments to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
※ In instances other than the postponement or cancellation of performances on this tour, there will be no refunds available.
※ Please note that the following people will not be allowed entry to concert venues:
・Anyone with a temperature of 37.5℃ or higher on the day of the concert
・Anyone who has been determined to have a positive case of COVID-19, or has been directed by a doctor to quarantine at home
・Anyone who has symptoms such as a sore throat, headache, joint pain, difficulty of breath, coughing, diarrhea, symptoms of conjunctivitis, or taste disorder (loss of sense of flavor)
・Anyone who has come into close contact with someone who has contracted COVID-19
・Anyone with family members living in the same household or close acquaintances who are suspected of having contracted COVID-19
・Anyone who has, within two weeks prior to the concert, traveled to a country or region that has been designated by the government to have immigration restrictions or a quarantine period following entry of Japan; also, anyone who has come into close contact with a resident of one of those countries or areas

Important Notes
・You must wear a mask.
・Please wash and disinfect your hands frequently.
・Please refrain from conversations with other attendees, and from cheering in a loud voice. There may be cases where shows may have to be postponed or rules for holding a concert must be changed in accordance with changes to national or local government guidelines or with the COVID-19 infection status. Please check the official website, official social media, and regional guidelines.

※ Resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited. Anyone with tickets purchased through resale will not be allowed to enter the venue. Only people whose names are on the purchased tickets will be allowed to enter the venue. On the day of the concert, there will be an ID check for all attendees, so anyone who has purchased tickets MUST bring a form of picture ID. Anyone other than the person who purchased the tickets will not be allowed to enter. If your address changes after you have purchased your ticket, please bring identification that shows proof of your current address, and something that shows your address prior to the change.
※ Names printed on tickets will be the information registered at the time of purchase. Once the purchaser’s information has been registered, it cannot be changed.
※ Any guests of the ticket purchaser must enter the venue at the same time as the purchaser. Guests will not be allowed to enter if they are not with the person who purchased the tickets.
※ Guests will be asked to fill out an Attendee Registration Form that will be sent out following the concert.
※ If any sort of dishonest acts are discovered, the ticket purchaser and any guests will not be allowed to enter.
※ If your registered name on Ticket Pia is a nickname, please change it to a name that can be verified using a personal identification document/card before signing up for the ticket lottery. [Regarding Personal Information] Personal information of ticket purchasers and their guests, along with information about concert attendees, will be provided to health centers and local governments upon request if anyone infected with COVID-19 is found to have attended a concert. The personal information obtained will not be used for any other purpose.

The following items will be accepted as identification:
■Pattern 1: Photo ID Items
※ Please bring one of the following items:
1. Passport
2. Driver’s License / International Driver’s License
3. Official Licenses (Boat Captain / Pilot / Architect / etc.)
4. Basic Resident Registration Card
5. Physical Disability Handbook
6. Residence Card
7. Individual Number Card (My Number Card) ? Notification Cards will not be accepted
8. Welfare Handbook
9. Insurance Card with Photo
10. Student ID with Photo (only acceptable for those 18 and under)
11. Rehabilitation Handbook For those who do not have either a photo ID from the list above or some other type of official identification, please bring one of the following documents: ※ For students 19 or older, please be aware that a student ID with a photo will not be accepted as identification.
※ Anyone who has a student ID or Insurance Card without a photo, please check the information listed with Pattern 2.
※ Regarding personal identification documents, please note that copies, handwritten documents, expired documents, and anything that has been tampered with will not be accepted.
■Pattern 2: For people without photo ID
※ Please bring 2 of the following official documents:
・The following items count as official documents:
Insurance card, a certified copy of resident register, a copy of your family register, an abstract of your family register, proof of personal seal registration, or pension book.
※ Any official document must be in the state it was officially issued.
Also, in regards to certified copies of resident register, copies of family register, and abstracts of family register, only items printed within the past six months will be considered eligible. ※ Please bring one official document and one of the following documents with your name printed on them:
※ If you only have one official document, you will not be permitted to enter.
・Acceptable documents with your name printed on them:
Employee ID card, student ID with no photo, credit card, cash (ATM) card
※ Utilities bills (water/electricity) or any type of postal matters, even if they have your name printed on them, will not be accepted.
